Fanfare Energy Seeks Retail Supplier License

Fanfare Energy, LLC applied for a Massachusetts retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service territories

Fanfare Energy, LLC stated in its Massachusetts application that, as the date of its Massachusetts filing, Fanfare is not yet licensed to provide competitive
supplier services in any state. Fanfare Energy, LLC stated that it has not commenced operations or provided any services to customers to date
As previously reported, Fanfare Energy has stated an intent to seek licenses in most Northeast retail electric markets.
The Fanfare brand is an authorized retail electric brand in Texas, but the Texas PUC REP certificate for the trade name Fanfare Energy is held by an entity other than Fanfare Energy, LLC (details here)
In its application, in response to a question concerning whether the company is currently, or is concurrently seeking, a natural gas supplier license in Massachusetts, Fanfare Energy, LLC checked the response for: "I am not interested in seeking a gas supplier license at this time."
