Texas REP Applicant Changes To Seeking Option 2 Certificate, Rather Than Option 1

MI Texas REP 4, LLC has amended its pending application for a Texas retail electric provider certificate to seek certification an an Option 2 REP, rather than an Option 1 REP as sought originally
Option 2 REPs are limited to serving customers 1 MW and larger which provide an affidavit agreeing to such service
Option 1 REPs may serve all customer sizes
As previously reported, MI Texas REP 4 is associated with Mothership, which, among other things, offers a white label REP service
