Large Schools Group Seeks Electric Broker License

Ohio Schools Council applied for an Ohio electric broker/aggregator license to serve commercial and mercantile customers in all service areas
As previously reported, Ohio Schools Council has operated a natural gas purchasing program for its own members for nearly 40 years, and extended this program to non-member government agencies and non-profits in 2016. Ohio Schools Council has an Ohio natural gas broker/aggregator license
Ohio Schools Council's electric program will similarly be made available to other governmental and non-profit entities in addition to Council members
Ohio Schools Council's membership include 283 school districts and similar local educational boards located in 37 counties
