Digital-Focused International Retail Supplier Receives Initial Finding Of New York ESCO Eligibility

New York Department of Public Service Staff have informed Digital Power USA, Inc. that all requirements for Digital Power's initial state of eligibility as an ESCO have been satisfied

Under the standard New York ESCO eligibility process, Digital Power's New York market entry now proceeds to the utility approval stage, including EDI Phase III testing and execution of billing services agreements
DPS Staff will provide confirmation of Digital Power's final ESCO eligibility after the utility phase is complete
Digital Power USA's initial New York ESCO eligibility is limited to service to large non-residential customers
Among other things, Digital Power has focused on providing AI-based mobile applications to electricity consumers, including providing consumers with real-time insights into their energy usage, suggesting energy-efficient products and services, and helping them to manage their bills
