The entirety of the filing was filed under seal, so EnergyChoiceMatters cannot confirm the name of the filing entity or the substance of the filing, but EnergyChoiceMatters has no reason to doubt the interchange's caption of the filing
Without the benefit of the company's filing, EnergyChoiceMatters cannot confirm that the entity filing a broker registration is the same entity as the newly organized LLC named Transparent Energy Advisors LLC which filed a certificate of formation with the Texas Secretary of State earlier this year
For the entity Transparent Energy Advisors LLC which filed a certificate of formation with the Texas Secretary of State earlier this year, Vien Phan is listed as Managing Member. As of publication time, EnergyChoiceMatters cannot confirm that this individual is the same Vien Phan who has held several senior roles in retail energy sales and business development for various retail electric providers and brokers
