Waylan Johnson serves as President of Texas Energy Group, LLC. The contact information for Johnson listed on Texas Energy Group, LLC's broker registration form includes an email address with the domain name for Power Infrastructure Partners, and a phone number associated with Power Infrastructure Partners, where Johnson also serves as President

Johnson had served as President of Texas retail electric provider Pumpjack Power. As first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, the REP entity Pumpjack Power, LLC was recently acquired by 174 Power Global Retail (Chariot Energy), which is part of the Hanwha Group

Johnson also serves as President of the entity Crypto Power LLC which recently filed a registration as a Texas electric broker. REP Pumpjack Power, LLC has deleted from its REP certificate the use of the trade name Crypto Power, with the PUC approving the removal of the Crypto Power name from Pumpjack Power, LLC's REP certificate this week
