Villarreal also previously served as Committee Clerk for a Texas Senate committee
Base Texas REP, LLC also now lists Lauren Thomas as Retail Energy Manager at the company
Base Texas REP, LLC also filed at the Texas PUC, under an amendment to its REP certificate, an update to its corporate structure, "that is not a material change as defined by 16 TAC § 25.107(h)(2)[.]"
Base Texas REP, LLC's amendment application indicates that the filing includes an attachment concerning information on principals (potentially updated versus the current on-file list due to its inclusion in the amendment filing). While it is expected confidential protection is being sought for this section (consistent with prior Base applications), as of publication time, there was no indication a confidential version had yet been filed under seal, but the public version of the application also does not include the referenced attachment
