Interstate Gas Supply, LLC has acquired a 100% ownership interest in MC Squared Energy Services, LLC (MC2).
In Ohio, "MC2 will continue to operate as an independent and distinct legal entity pursuant to the certificate issued by the PUCO in the above-captioned docket.
