PUC Orders New POR Program At State's Largest Utility To Start By July 1

The New Hampshire PUC approved the initial discount rates for the new electric purchase of receivables (POR) program at Public Service Company of New Hampshire (Eversource)
In doing so, the PUC ordered PSNH to implement the POR program by July 1, 2025, which is the start date that PSNH had proposed
The PUC approved the initial POR discount rates at PSNH as follows: 1.285% for residential customers, and 0.274% for non-residential customers
These initial discount rates (DPRs) will remain in effect through July 31, 2026
