Energy, LLC is assigning "certain" of its Ohio electricity supply customer contracts to Eligo Energy OH, LLC, with such certain contracts including customers located in the AEP Ohio, Dayton Power & Light, Duke Energy Ohio, and FirstEnergy Ohio service areas
More specifically, the assigned contracts include the following customer counts as of May 1, 2025
Eligo will assume New Wave’s contracts as they stand and customers will experience
no change in terms or conditions for the duration of their contracts.
As previously reported, in a separate transaction, NextEra Energy Resources, LLC (NEER) and New Wave Energy, LLC (New Wave) have entered into a transaction under which NextEra Energy Resources, LLC will indirectly, through its subsidiary NextEra Energy Services New York, LLC (Buyer), acquire 100% of the membership interests in New Wave
