NSTAR d/b/a Eversource Energy filed with the Massachusetts DPU new basic service electricity rates for its Eastern Massachusetts service territory, for the period August 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026 for mass market customers, and for the period August 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025 for large customers

All prices below include the currently effective Basic Service Adders and Renewable Portfolio Standard, Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard, Clean Energy Standard, and Clean Peak Standard Adders

The filed Nstar East fixed residential basic service rate for the period August 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, using currently effective adders, is 14.884 cents per kWh, which is about 12% higher than the current rate of 13.241 cents per kWh

The filed Nstar East fixed small C&I basic service rate for the period August 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, using currently effective adders, is 15.150 cents per kWh, which is about 16% higher than the current rate of 13.078 cents per kWh
