Start-up Seeks New York ESCO Registration

American Energy Supply LLC, a start-up, filed a retail access application form with the New York PSC for both electricity and natural gas
As previously reported, American Energy Supply LLC is led by Murad (Marc) Jajati, CEO, who was previously a founder at New York-based ESCO Buy Energy Direct, LLC, and who also served as CFO at the supplier. Jajati has also led real estate development and contracting companies, and founded and served as CEO of Sky Water
American Energy Supply LLC sought authorization to serve all customer classes. For mass market customers, American Energy Supply LLC indicated that it would offer a fixed rate plan subject to the price cap, and a compliant renewable energy product
Separately, American Energy Supply LLC has withdrawn its application for an Ohio natural gas supplier license
