Other affiliates of Batt Power TX, LLC include the entity Battery Eligo Storage
Systems, LLC
Eligo previously owned a retail supplier subsidiary which operated in Texas, Eligo Energy TX, LLC, but the entity Eligo Energy TX, LLC was sold to ResidentShield (Yardi), as previously reported
The separate entity Eligo Energy TX, LLC, which is now owned by ResidentShield and not Eligo, has a pending application before the Texas PUC to change its legal and REP-certificated name to ResidentShield
