Texas REP Files To Reflect Name Change To "Texans Choice Power"

National Gas & Electric Texas, LLC, an Option 1 Texas retail electric provider, has filed at the Texas PUC to reflect a change in its legal name to Texans Choice Power, LLC.
Texans Choice Power, LLC did not seek to add any trade names to its REP certificate. The certificate does not currently have any trade names on the certificate
In the amendment filing, National Gas & Electric Texas, LLC stated, "Please note that there has been no change in direct ownership, or services we offer to our customers. The change in the name will have no direct impact on our operations or regulatory obligations."
