Texas Retail Provider Seeks To Use Trade Name Companion Energy, Also Changes Legal Name

The entity now named Retail Energy Solutions, LLC also filed to add the trade name Companion Energy to the certificate
With the change in its legal name, Retail Energy Solutions, LLC also filed to add the trade name Frontier Utilities to the certificate
Retail Energy Solutions, LLC filed to delete the trade names Sol Energy and Rodeo Energy from the certificate
Retail Energy Solutions, LLC f/k/a Frontier Utilities, LLC is part of NextEra Energy
Companion Energy recently filed for a federal trademark for its name. While its lists of services listed under the trademark application represent a kitchen sink of potentials services for a retail supplier or marketer, they are reproduced below for reference:
