ESCO-Broker Receives License In New State

The Pennsylvania PUC granted M&R Energy Resources Corp. a natural gas broker/marketer license to serve customers at Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc., National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, PECO Energy Company, and UGI Utilities, Inc.

M&R Energy Resources received authority to serve, "residential, small commercial (under 6,000 MCF annually), large commercial (6,000 MCF or more annually), industrial, and governmental customers, as well as residential and small commercial (limited to mixed meters) customers, pursuant to the Commission’s Secretarial Letters served March 25, 2011 and July 3, 2013 at Docket No. M-2009-2082042[.]"

In New York, M&R Energy Resources holds authorization to operate as both an ESCO and as an energy consultant, and, in other states, such as New Jersey and Massachusetts, M&R Energy Resources is licensed as a broker or similar entity
