Tomorrow Energy Corp has entered into a transaction under which Six One Commodities LLC will acquire 100% of the equity interests of Tomorrow Energy Corp
Tomorrow Energy Corp is currently a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Sackett National Holdings, Inc. (SNH)
Six One Commodities LLC is ultimately a subsidiary of Six One Commodities Global
LLC and is a global energy merchant actively engaged in U.S. natural gas markets that,
among other things, provides energy management services to natural gas local distribution
companies and owners of natural gas storage facilities in the United States through asset
management agreements and long-term gas supply contracts.
The membership interests of Six One Global are owned by Pinnacle Six One Commodities,
LLC and HIAH Capital Partners LLC. There are no other equity interests of Six One
Global, and no other entity has a controlling interest in Six One Global.
Pinnacle Six One is managed by Pinnacle Asset Management, L.P.
Among other things, Pinnacle Asset Management is a commodity trading adviser
and commodity pool operator registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission
