CEO Reports Departure From Energy Services Provider, Including Retail Provider

A letter dated June 10, 2025 was filed at the Texas PUC indicating that the letter was from Jamie Smith, with a signature in the letter identifying Smith as currently Chief Executive Officer at RPower
In such letter to the Texas PUC, Smith stated that June 20th, 2025, will be Smith's last day at RPower
"Effective immediately, I Jamie Smith am no longer in a position of responsibility, nor do I have any legal, regulatory or other oversight for any RPower PUCT, ERCOT, FERC entity or resource, entity summary list below," the letter stated, with such list consisting of retail electric provider RPower Retail, LLC; and RPower, LLC, which is a registered power generation company
