Retail Supplier Formally Announces Strategic Equity Investment By DRW Energy Trading, To Drive Growth

Catalyst Power Holdings LLC (Catalyst Power, or the Company) today announced that DRW Energy Trading LLC, which operates as part of global trading firm DRW Holdings LLC, has made, "a significant strategic equity investment in the company."
"The investment, which closed earlier this week, will drive the company’s continued expansion in the energy solutions sector," Catalyst said
EnergyChoiceMatters.com had first reported in March that DRW Holdings LLC has entered into a transaction under which DRW Holdings LLC would ultimately acquire 50% of the Class A units outstanding in Catalyst Power Parent LLC, which ultimately owns several retail energy suppliers, including Catalyst Power & Gas LLC, and a broker (see more details here)
