Texas REP Files To Remove Trade Names From REP Certificate

MI Texas REP 1, LLC filed for an amended Texas REP certificate to remove the trade names Abacus Energy Retail Electricity, Flagship Power, and Juice from the certificate
As previously reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, Atlantic Energy and Mothership Energy earlier this year announced the transfer of Texas retail electric customers served by the Flagship Power and JUICE brands, under Mothership's MI Texas REP 1 retail provider certificate, to Atlantic Energy's Texas brands, AE Texas and Atlantex Power.
MI Texas REP 1, LLC stated in the REP amendment filing as follows: "MI Texas REP 1, LLC does not currently serve any customers under any of the following assumed names:
ABACUS ENERGY RETAIL ELECTRICITY, Flagship Power, and Juice. All customers previously served
under those assumed names were successfully transferred to another REP in March 2025, as part of a
sale."
