National Gas & Electric Seeks To Serve New Service Areas

National Gas & Electric applied for an amended Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license to include additional territories.
National Gas & Electric's cover letter stated that it is seeking to include service at, "two additional
distribution utilities", but the cover letter also listed four utilities -- Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW), UGI Utilities, Inc., Peoples Natural Gas, and "National Fuel Gas Supply Corp" [sic]
Additionally, National Gas & Electric's current license allows it to serve all customer classes at the three Peoples service areas which existed at the time of licensure (Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC, Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC - Equitable Division, and Peoples TWP LLC), as well as PECO
The PUC issued a data request to National Gas & Electric stating, "Applicant failed to list that it also intends to add the Columbia Gas of PA, Inc. and Valley Energy Inc. natural gas distribution company service territories to its license. Please submit an updated cover letter with the appropriate corrections."
It was unclear on what basis the data request presumes National Gas & Electric is also seeking to be authorized to serve customers at Columbia Gas of PA, Inc. and Valley Energy Inc.
The only currently publicly posted filing from NG&E concerning the request does not indicate sought authorization for all LDCs in the state, nor Columbia or Valley specifically
