Energy Marketing and Services (USA), Inc. to relinquish the Option 2 REP certificate held by Mitsui & Co. Energy Marketing and Services (USA), Inc.
MEMS Industrial Supply, LLC continues to actively serve load in ERCOT under a valid Option 1 REP certificate

Mitsui & Co. Energy Marketing and Services (USA), Inc. filed at the Texas PUC to relinquish its Option 2 REP certificate, having never started REP operations.
Mitsui & Co. Energy Marketing and Services (USA), Inc. never served retail electric customers in Texas
Mitsui & Co. Energy Marketing and Services (USA), Inc. stated in the filing: "Applicant [Mitsui & Co. Energy Marketing and Services (USA), Inc.] ... is not operational as a retail electric provider and has never been
operational as a retail electric provider within the ERCOT power region. Furthermore, [Mitsui & Co. Energy Marketing and Services (USA), Inc.]
intentionally did not participate in the required flight test at ERCOT to upgrade to TX SET
V5.0, and is therefore is not eligible to serve customers as competitive retailer in the ERCOT
Market. [Mitsui & Co. Energy Marketing and Services (USA), Inc.] has also applied to terminate its LSE status at ERCOT."
