Retail Supplier Assigning Customers To Affiliate

ENGIE Power & Gas LLC (EPG) intends to assign
approximately 109 commercial and industrial New York retail electricity sales contracts to its
affiliate ENGIE Resources LLC (ENGIE Resources).
ENGIE Power & Gas LLC was formerly known as Plymouth Rock Energy, which ENGIE acquired in 2018
In a letter to customers, ENGIE Power & Gas LLC states, "ENGIE Power & Gas LLC ('EPG') is currently implementing certain corporate changes, and as a
result, retail electricity markets will no longer be our primary focus."
The assigned sales contracts expressly
authorize such assignment. ENGIE Resources will continue to honor the contracts. There will be
no change in price or any other term of service.
