Day-to-Day Operations Leader of Broker Receives Title Of Managing Director, Energy Advisory

Worthington Energy Consultants, LLC has named Craig Grant as Managing Director, Energy Advisory
Previously, Grant held the title of Senior Vice President, Energy Advisory at Worthington Energy Consultants
Worthington Energy Consultants noted in a regulatory filing that, "the company will continue to be operated as it has been since 2018, with day-to-day operations overseen by Managing Director, Energy Advisory, Craig Grant, but now with a new title."
In Pennsylvania, Worthington Energy Consultants also updated its broker licenses to include the trade name Pilot Energy II
As previously reported, Pilot Energy acquired Worthington Energy Consultants in 2024
Additionally, Zaheer Dhruv, CEO of Pilot Energy, is now specifically identified as CEO of Worthington Energy Consultants as well.
