Retail Supplier Acquires Book Of Texas Electric Customers

Atlantic Energy Group LLC announced the acquisition
of "most" of Summer Energy’s commercial customers in Texas.
The customers will be placed in
Atlantic’s "AE Texas" brand.

All customer terms and conditions, including rates and plans, remain unchanged, ensuring
Atlantic Energy’s commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction. The customers will
be on an accelerated switching timeline and should start transferring to AE Texas as early as
