Gas South Receives Retail Supplier License In New State

The Maryland PSC granted Gas South, LLC a natural gas supplier license to serve commercial and industrial customers in all service areas
The PSC's letter order granting the license appears to contain an error, by stating, "The license granted by the Commission under this Letter Order is limited solely to natural gas supplier broker [sic] services for the customers classes and service territories applied for and recommended by Staff."
Gas South, LLC had only applied as a "Supplier/Marketer", and did not select on its application the box for "broker".
