NRG Reports Decrease In Retail Home Customer Count

In a 10-Q, NRG reported that its retail Home customer count as of June 30, 2025 was 5.779 million, versus 5.897 million as of March 31, 2025, a decrease of about 118,000 customers from March 31, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
NRG's year-ago retail Home customer count was 5.926 million as of June 30, 2024
For comparison, from December 31, 2024 to March 31, 2025, NRG had reported that it grew retail Home customer count to 5.897 million as of March 31, 2025, up from 5.820 million as of December 31, 2024
Home customer count includes recurring residential customers, services customers and community choice
