Batt Power TX Receives Texas Retail Provider Certificate

The Texas PUC conditionally granted Batt Power TX, LLC an Option 2 retail electric provider certificate limited to serving customers 1 MW or larger providing an affidavit agreeing to such service
As is customary under the circumstance in which an Option 2 applicant has not yet provided an affidavit from a least one customer which is 1 MW or larger, the grant of the REP certificate to Batt Power TX, LLC is conditioned on Batt Power TX, LLC filing, within 30 days, a signed, notarized affidavit from each customer that Batt Power TX has contracted to provide
1 MW or more of energy
As previously reported, Batt Power TX, LLC is a new subsidiary of Eligo Energy, LLC and, as such, is affiliated with the various Eligo retail suppliers
Other affiliates of Batt Power TX, LLC include the entity Battery Eligo Storage Systems, LLC
