ENGIE Power & Gas LLC (EPG) intends to assign approximately 1,800 commercial and industrial New York retail natural gas sales contracts to New Wave Energy, LLC, which is ultimately a unit of NextEra Energy, pursuant to a purchase agreement by and among New Wave, NextEra Energy Services Midwest, LLC, and EPG.
