Further Update On Recent Retail Supplier Book Acquisition, Additional Customers

ENGIE Power & Gas LLC intends to assign approximately 1,382 mercantile and non-residential non-mercantile Ohio retail natural gas sales contracts to New Wave Energy, LLC, which is ultimately a unit of NextEra Energy, pursuant to a purchase agreement by and among New Wave, NextEra Energy Services Midwest, LLC, and ENGIE Power & Gas.
The assigned contracts relate to customers in the Columbia Gas, Enbridge Gas Ohio (f/k/a Dominion East Ohio), Duke Energy, and Vectren Energy (CenterPoint) service territories in Ohio
The assigned sales contracts expressly authorize such assignment. There will be no change in price or any other term of service
As previously reported, ENGIE Power & Gas LLC intends to assign approximately 1,800 New York commercial and industrial retail natural gas sales contracts to New Wave Energy, LLC
As previously reported, ENGIE Power & Gas LLC intends to assign approximately 368 Maryland non-residential retail natural gas sales contracts to New Wave Energy, LLC
