Per Virtual Energy Supply's most recent annual report with the Florida Division of Corporations, filed in March 2025, the following entities are listed as "MGR" of Virtual Energy Supply, LLC: Cummins Worldwide Holdings, LLC; and Bridgeforth Holdings, LLC
Additionally, Virtual Energy Supply, LLC's registration with the Texas Secretary of State as a foreign LLC lists James Bridgeforth as the Governing Person of Virtual Energy Supply, LLC
In the Texas REP application, Virtual Energy Supply, LLC lists its Chairman as Thomas Cummins.
Cummins is understood to have established Cummins Worldwide, and founded, and based on previously publicly disclosed information is understood to own or have owned a majority of, Consumer Sales Solutions. In turn, based on previously publicly disclosed information, Consumer Sales Solutions is understood to own or have owned a majority of American Power & Gas
In the Texas REP application, Virtual Energy Supply, LLC lists its CEO as James Bridgeforth.
Bridgeforth, based on previously publicly disclosed information, is understood to hold, or have previously held, a stake in American Power & Gas, and a minority stake in Consumer Sales Solutions
As American Power & Gas and Consumer Sales Solutions are understood to both be privately held companies, current ownership information could not be confirmed to the extent there have been changes since the time of the prior public disclosures
Other leadership of Virtual Energy Supply, LLC includes Anne Martinelli, VP Finance; Ryan Smith, Programs Officer; and Lisa Barry, Regulatory Officer. All three individuals hold, or have held, similar positions at either American Power & Gas or Consumer Sales Solutions
