Further Update On Recent Retail Supplier Book Sale, Additional Customers

ENGIE Power & Gas LLC intends to assign approximately 447 small business, large business, and industrial Pennsylvania retail natural gas sales contracts to New Wave Energy, LLC, which is ultimately a unit of NextEra Energy, pursuant to a purchase agreement by and among New Wave, NextEra Energy Services Midwest, LLC, and ENGIE Power & Gas.
One Pennsylvania natural gas customer will remain with ENGIE Power & Gas following the transfer. ENGIE Power & Gas does not
intend to abandon its Pennsylvania gas license at this time.
The assigned sales contracts expressly authorize such assignment. There will be no change in price or any other term of service
As previously reported, ENGIE Power & Gas LLC intends to assign approximately 1,800 New York commercial and industrial retail natural gas sales contracts to New Wave Energy, LLC
As previously reported, ENGIE Power & Gas LLC intends to assign approximately 1,382 Ohio mercantile and non-residential non-mercantile retail natural gas sales contracts to New Wave Energy, LLC
As previously reported, ENGIE Power & Gas LLC intends to assign approximately 368 Maryland non-residential retail natural gas sales contracts to New Wave Energy, LLC
