Retail Energy Consultant Acquires Broker

Environ Energy, LLC (Environ) has recently acquired assets of CSD Energy Advisors, LLC
(CSD) related to its electricity and natural gas
retail brokerage business (the "Transaction").
In addition, the Transaction contemplates the
transfer by CSD of its associated brokerage and supplier agreements to Environ, inclusive of
energy services agreements that include retail consulting, retail advisory, and retail energy block
transaction services related to CSD's electricity and natural gas retail brokerage business.
As previously reported, Environ Energy has recently acquired several other brokers, or the assets of such brokers, including Rapid Power Management, LLC and Statistical Energy, LLC
