New Company Receives Pennsylvania Broker Licenses

Ziip Energy Solutions LLC, a newly formed company, has received Pennsylvania electric and natural gas broker/marketer licenses
For electricity, Ziip Energy Solutions LLC received authority to serve residential
and small commercial (25 kW and under) customers at Met-Ed and PPL Electric Utilities
For natural gas, Ziip Energy Solutions LLC received authority to serve residential
and small commercial (under 6,000 MCF annually) customers at UGI Utilities, Inc.
Justin Heinly is the owner and sole member of Ziip Energy Solutions
Heinly also owns Midtown Property Management and is a real estate broker
Ziip Energy Solutions had stated in its initial electric application as follows: "Ziip Energy Solutions will market residential and small commercial markets within the central PA area,
focusing on the PPL footprint. It will leverage the relationships that its owner, Justin Heinly, has made
with a substantial number of real estate investors that own sizable real estate portfolios. These
investors will benefit from the personalized care and expertise that Ziip Energy Solutions will be able
to provide for their substantial energy needs. Furthermore, Ziip Energy Solutions will build
relationships with future homeowners during the sale of residential real estate through the licensed
brokerage office, Midtown Property Management."
