As reported yesterday, Conservice Parent, LLC, and its affiliates, have also acquired 100% of the equity interests of Resource Energy Systems, LLC, an energy solutions provider that, among other things, engages in retail energy procurement as a broker/consultant
Both Resource Energy Solutions, LLC and Resource Energy Systems, LLC generally operate under the brand Resource Energy.
In both transactions, the relevant acquired entity, either Resource Energy Solutions, LLC, or, as applicable, Resource Energy Systems, LLC, will continue as the entity providing energy services to customers. In both cases, the transaction will not modify Resource Energy Solutions, LLC's or Resource Energy Systems, LLC's or day-to-day operations, and all personnel will remain unchanged
