Atem Energy LLC submitted an application at FERC for electricity market-based rate authority
Atem Energy LLC, which was recently formed, is a wholly owned direct subsidiary of Meta Platforms, Inc. (f/k/a Facebook)
Atem Energy, "has been formed to act as a power marketer to sell energy,
capacity, and certain ancillary services at wholesale in the United States," Atem said in its MBR application
Atem Energy stated that none of its affiliates has market-based rate authorization from FERC
