Champion Energy Services, LLC has now identified Sean Fallmer as President and Chief Executive Officer of the entity Champion Energy Services, LLC
Champion Energy Services is ultimately a unit of Calpine
In a prior retail license renewal application filed in March 2025, the "CEO/Managing Partner" (using the title listed on the form application) of the entity Champion Energy Services, LLC had previously been identified as Michael Sullivan
Fallmer has served as President of Calpine’s commercial and industrial retail subsidiary, Calpine Energy Solutions, since January 2023, and has since received the additional title of CEO at Calpine Energy Solutions. Fallmer now also serves as President and CEO of Calpine Community Energy and Good Charlie.
Fallmer is also now listed as President of North American Power and Gas, LLC
Previously, Fallmer served as Senior Vice President of Pricing and Structuring for Calpine’s retail platform. Fallmer previously held various positions at Noble Americas Energy Solutions and Sempra Energy Solutions, with nearly 20 years in retail energy
As previously reported, Constellation and Calpine Corp. previously announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Constellation will acquire Calpine; such acquisition is pending.
