NOPEC To Use New Trade Name For Non-Opt-Out Brokering (Name Just Filed, Differs From May-Filed Trade Name)

Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) has filed with the PUC of Ohio to use the trade name Ennovate Advisors in NOPEC's activity under its non-governmental-aggregation electric and gas broker/aggregator licenses
As previously reported, NOPEC received standard broker/aggregator licenses earlier this year to serve non-residential customers (separate from NOPEC's existing, distinct opt-out government aggregator authority).
At such time, NOPEC received PUCO approval to use the trade name Energy Vision in connection with such activity
NOPEC has now filed an update stating that NOPEC intends to provide C&I aggregation and brokerage services, under its non-governmental-aggregation licenses, under the name "NOPEC d/b/a Ennovate
Advisors".
