Retail Energy Holding Company Acquires ESCO

AmeriPro Energy Corp. (AmeriPro) and 33
Sigma Holding Inc. (Sigma or Buyer) recently entered into a transaction in
which Sigma, the Buyer, acquired 100 percent of the interests in AmeriPro from AmeriPro's prior owners
AmeriPro is authorized to make retail sales of power in New York and New Jersey
Sigma also owns the ESCOs Green USA, LLC; Pay Less Energy, LLC; and ABN Energy LLC
AmeriPro had been jointly owned by Greg Blume and Stephen Mellis. Both had held the
title of co-President of AmeriPro, and Mr. Blume and Mr. Mellis each owned 50% of AmeriPro.
Johanna Salamone holds 100% of the ownership interests in Sigma and is the sole
officer of Sigma.
The transaction did not include affiliates of AmeriPro, which include retail supplier South Bay Energy Corp., and consultant USA Energy Marketing Corp.
