Vistra Completes Acquisition Of 2,600 MW In Natural Gas Generating Assets, Mostly In Northeast

Vistra today announced that it has completed the acquisition of seven natural gas generation facilities, totaling approximately 2,600 MW of capacity, from Lotus Infrastructure Partners.
The acquisition included five combined cycle gas turbine facilities and two combustion turbine facilities, located across PJM, New England, New York, and California
The assets which were acquired are below:
At the time that the acquisition was first announced in May 2025, Vistra had said that Vistra is acquiring these assets for $1.9 billion or approximately $743/kW, subject to certain net working capital adjustments, which Vistra called an, "attractive price".
"With this acquisition, Vistra geographically expands its diverse generation portfolio, adding highly efficient assets across key competitive markets, including PJM, New England, New York, and California. These modern facilities strengthen Vistra's ability to deliver reliable, affordable, and flexible power to customers as the company continues to support the nation's energy future," Vistra said
