The following story is brought free of charge to readers by VertexOne, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com

The following New York opt-out municipal aggregations for electricity supply, within the Central Hudson service area, are returning their customers to default service:

• Town of New Baltimore CCA - Central Hudson - Electric

• Village of Athens CCA - Central Hudson - Electric

• Village of Coxsackie CCA - Central Hudson - Electric

The CCAs are administered by Good Energy

Good Energy said in a New York PSC filing that, "recent rate comparisons conducted in accordance with the Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) established guidelines that have yielded results that do not meet the necessary criteria for further continuation of certain CCA programs."
