Pepco, Delmarva File Summer 2026 Residential, Small C&I SOS Rates

Pepco and Delmarva in Maryland have filed SOS rates for the summer of 2026 for residential and Type I customers
Generally, the rates for the standard residential and Type I classes show a marginal increase versus the current winter SOS rates
At Pepco-MD, for Schedule R residential customers, the generation "SOS Kilowatt-hour Charge" will be $0.10764 per kWh for June 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026, slightly higher than the current rate of $0.10620 per kWh
At both Pepco and Delmarva, the generation "SOS Kilowatt-hour Charge" excludes transmission, reconciliation (Procurement Cost Adjustment), and the SOS admin. charge. While a summer 2026 SOS rate which includes the current SOS admin. charge is also listed, the SOS admin. charge is likely to change by June 1, 2026.
At Pepco-MD, for Schedule GS Type I customers, the generation "SOS Kilowatt-hour Charge" will be $0.10675 per kWh for June 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026, slightly higher than the current rate of $0.10377 per kWh
At Delmarva-MD, for Residential "R" customers, the generation "SOS kilowatt Hour Charge" will be $0.098203/kWh for June 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026, slightly higher than the current rate of $0.095462/kWh
At Delmarva-MD, for standard Small General Service – Secondary Service "SGS-S" customers (not separately metered space or water heating), the generation "SOS kilowatt Hour Charge" will be $0.098630/kWh for June 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026, slightly higher than the current rate of $0.093642/kWh
