Texas REP Files To Use New Trade Names

Atlantic Energy Texas, LLC filed for an amendment to its Texas REP certificate to add the trade names
Flagship Power and JUICE to the certificate
As previously reported, Atlantic Energy earlier this year acquired customers served by the Flagship Power and JUICE brands, which at such time were brands of MI Texas REP 1. The customers were transferred to Atlantic Energy's AE Texas and Atlantex Power brands
Later, MI Texas REP 1 removed the Flagship and JUICE trade names from the MI Texas REP 1 retail provider certificate
Atlantic Energy Texas, LLC also filed to remove the trade names AE Texas Commercial and Atlantas Power from its REP certificate
