Large New York Municipal Aggregation Returning Customers to Default Service

Westchester Power (Sustainable Westchester) reported that the following municipalities, which currently participate in the
Westchester Power opt-out municipal aggregation program, will be returned to utility default
service at the completion of their current electric supply contracts, the terms of which end on
November 30, 2025.
"As of this time, there is no plan to seek new electric supply contracts for these
municipalities," Westchester Power said
Participating customers in the following municipalities that are currently enrolled in the Westchester
Power electric CCA program will be returned to their respective utility supply service starting on December 1, 2025:
