Priority Power Management LLC filed an application at FERC for electricity market-based rate authority

Priority Power Management LLC requested blanket approval to sell electric energy and capacity in all markets subject to FERC jurisdiction. In addition, Priority Power Management LLC requested blanket approval to sell certain ancillary services (generally, the sought authority for ancillary services reflects the standard ancillary services offered in each FERC RTO and other markets as applicable).

Priority Power Management LLC is already registered as a wholesale power marketer in ERCOT.

Additionally, as previously reported, a Priority Power entity, Priority Energy Transition 4 LLC, holds an Option 2 Texas retail electric provider certificate, limited to serving customers 1 MW and larger which provide an affidavit agreeing to such service. Priority Power has previously said that such Texas REP certificate is meant to assist large loads in becoming their own self-suppliers

As an indirect subsidiary of Skyline Holdings (Parent), L.P. and thus indirectly owned by investors subscribed within various ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III vehicles (for which I Squared Capital Advisors (US) LLC serves as investment manager), Priority Power is affiliated with certain generating facilities which either already hold FERC MBR authority or which are exempt from FPA section 205 due to their small size or their location within ERCOT
