NRG Reports Decrease In Retail Home Customer Count

In a 10-Q, NRG reported that its retail Home customer count as of September 30, 2025 was 5.673 million, versus 5.779 million as of June 30, 2025, a decrease of about 106,000 Home customers from June 30, 2025 to September 30, 2025.
NRG's year-ago retail Home customer count was 5.771 million as of September 30, 2024
For comparison, from March 31, 2025 to June 30, 2025, NRG had reported a decrease of about 118,000 retail Home customers

NRG's Vivint Smart Home customer count was 2.351 million as of September 30, 2025, up from 2.268 million as of June 30, 2025
