Municipal Aggregation Dropping Customers To Default Service

The electricity opt-out Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) for the Town of Penfield, NY will expire in December 2025, and CCA customers will be returned to utility default service on the December meter read cycle
Penfield is in the Rochester Gas & Electric service area
