Retail Supplier Expanding From Self-Supply To Also Serve Non-Affiliated Customers

Talen Energy Marketing, LLC is expanding from its recent activity of serving only affiliated retail customers to now act as a retail supplier also serving non-affiliated third parties
While Talen Energy Marketing, LLC has already disclosed one non-affiliated customer for its resumption of non-affiliated retail supply service (noted below), Talen Energy Marketing (TEM) also said in a Pennsylvania PUC filing that, "TEM intends to also provide services to other Large Commercial & Industrial customers
in the future."
Specifically, in Pennsylvania, Talen Energy Marketing (TEM) intends to expand retail service to Amazon
Data Services, Inc. (AWS), pursuant to a power purchase agreement entered into between TEM
and AWS, among other related entities, concerning the Susquehanna nuclear plant.
TEM intends
to begin offering electric generation supply service to AWS in no less than 90 days from a November 11, 2025 notice filed with the Pa. PUC
