Former White House Counsel Senior Advisor Joins Texas Retail Provider

Zina Bash has joined Base Power as Chief Legal Officer to build the Legal, Regulatory, and Policy function at the company, whose operations include retail electric supply
Among other legal and policy experience, Bash previously served as Senior Advisor in the White House Counsel's Office in 2018, and as Special Assistant to the President for Regulatory Reform, Domestic Policy Council, from 2016-2018
Bash has also served as Senior Counsel to the Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, from 2018-2021
