PECO Residential, Small C&I Prices To Compare Increasing 5% (Official Rates Posted With Transmission Rate Update)

New electricity Prices to Compare at PECO in Pennsylvania have been posted for the period beginning December 1, 2025, now that PECO has filed its updated bypassable transmission rate
As previously reported, PECO had earlier filed new Generation Supply Adjustment (GSA) charges for the 6-month period starting December 1, 2025, but final PTCs had to await the updated transmission rate
PECO's residential (R) Price to Compare will be 11.024 cents per kWh for the period December 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026, which is about 6% higher than the current PTC of 10.400 cents per kWh
PECO's small commercial customers (under 100 kW) will see a 5-6% increase in their PTC, as noted below:
